Harga Sembako Naik, Disperindag Diminta Gelar Operasi Pasar

Fraksi Golongan Karya (Golkar) meminta Pemerintah Kota Palembang melalui Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan dan Koperasi segera melakukan operasi pasar di sejumlah pasar tradisional. Hal ini karena terjadinya lonjakan harga sembilan bahan pokok yang cukup signifikan di pasaran.
Demikian diungkapkan Dede Suginingsih, juru bicara fraksi Golkar, dalam laporannya saat rapat paripurna dengan agenda penyampaian pendapat akhir fraksi-fraksi terhadap laporan Panitia Khusus XI, XIII dan XIV, Senin (31/8).
“Selain mengawasi produk makanan, Disperindagkop juga diminta selama bulan ramadhan melakukan operasi pasar untuk menekan harga sembako,” kata Dede.
Menanggapi hal ini, Kepala Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Koperasi Kota Palembang Wantjik Badaruddin, mengatakan, operasi pasar tidak serta-merta dapat dilakukan tanpa ada petunjuk dari pemerintah pusat. Meski begitu, kata dia, pihaknya telah mengirimkan surat kepada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk disampaikan ke pusat.
“Disperindag Provinsi akan langsung mengirimkannya ke pusat. Mungkin tidak lama lagi operasi pasar sudah bisa kita lakukan,” kata Wantjik.
Sembari menunggu aturan dari Departemen Perdagangan, Wantjik mengatakan pihaknya juga menggelar pasar murah di sejumlah kecamatan di Kota Palembang guna meminimalisir kenaikan harga sembako.
“Rencanya pada 2 September nanti kita gelar pasar murah secara bergiliran,” ujar Wantjik.
Untuk tahap awal, daerah-daerah yang akan digelar pasar murah yakni wilayah Hoktong Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II, wilayah Plaju di Kecamatan Plaju. Kemudian, kawasan 26 Ilir Kecamatan Bukit Kecil dan Padang Selasa Kecamatan Ilir

Tunjangan Hari Raya Dibayar H-7

Anda yang bekerja sebagai tenaga honorer dan pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palembang, siap-siap saja menerima uang tunjangan hari raya (THR).
Uang tunjangan tersebut bahkan telah dapat diterima tujuh hari (H minus 7) sebelum hari raya Idul Fitri.
Wali Kota Palembang Eddy Santana Putra mengatakan hal itu di kantor Pemerintah Kota Palembang, Senin (31/8).
“THR dapat diterima semua tenaga honorer dan PNS di lingkungan Pemkot Palembang pada H-7 sebelum Idul Fitri dengan besaran yang akan diterima Rp 250 ribu,” kata Eddy.
THR sebesar itu, kata Eddy, sama dengan tahun kemarin dan dinilai cukup membantu para pegawai untuk kebutuhan berbelanja menjelang lebaran nantinya. Nominal Rp 250 ribu yang diberikan juga telah disesuaikan dengan jumlah pegawai di pemerintah kota saat ini.
Dengan jumlah honorer sebanyak empat ribu dan pns 16 ribu, pemerintah kota, kata Eddy, harus mengeluarkan dana untuk THR total Rp 4 miliar untuk 20 ribu pegawai di Pemerintah Kota Palembang.
“Rp 250 ribu kita rasa cukup besar untuk pegawai,” katanya.
Terkait pemberlakuan THR, orang nomor satu di Kota Palembang ini juga mengimbau kepada perusahaan dan dan pihak swasta agar dapat membayar THR pekerja H-7 sebelum lebaran.
“Kita imbau pihak swasta pun dapat membayar THR bagi pekerja minimal H-7 seperti yang telah diterapkan,” katanya. (why)

Wali Kota Palembang Eddy Santana Putra tidak melarang para pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palembang menerima bingkisan atau parcel menjelang lebaran kelak.
“Sepanjang masih dalam batas kewajaran, seperti parsel yang berisi lima sampai 10 bungkus roti, buah-buahan dan kartu ucapan selamat lebaran, saya kira tidak apa-apa bagi kepala dinas, badan bertukaran parsel. Silahkan saja,” bilang Eddy, di Kantor Pemerintah Kota Palembang, Kamis (27/8).
Saling memberi bingkisan menjelang hari raya memang lazim dilakukan oleh siapa saja. Tak terkecuali para pejabat pemerintah. Meski begitu, hal ini terkadang menuai kritik dari masyarakat karena parsel yang diberi berisikan barang-barang yang tergolong mahal “tak rasional”.
“Sangat dilarang kalau member motor atau mobil. Kalau sebatas makanan ringan itu tidak masalah lah,” ujar Eddy.
Ia menambahkan, selain tidak melanggar aturan, saling memberi parsel juga salah satu cara mempererat silaturahmi.
“Kalau memberi jangan mengharapkan balasan. Memberi dengan hati yang ikhlas untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi, itu yang paling penting,” pungkas Eddy. (why)

Perda yang Tak Efektif Akan Dihapuskan

Wali Kota Palembang Eddy Santana Putra mengatakan akan merevisi bahkan bila perlu menghapus berbagai peraturan daerah Kota Palembang yang dinilai tidak efektif lagi.
Pernyataan orang nomor satu di kota yang bervisi internasional ini, menanggapi laporan dari anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Palembang. Anggota Dewan, melalui Panitia Khusus XIII, saat rapat paripurna tentang laporan pansus XI, XIII dan XIV, Kamis (27/8), menyoroti banyaknya peraturan daerah, utamanya tentang pajak dan retribusi yang tidak efektif.
Menurut Sekretaris pansus XIII Taufik Hidayat, ada 13 item peraturan daerah tentang pajak dan retribusi yang tak efektif sejak 2007 hingga 2008 lalu. Seperti, antara lain, peraturan daerah tentang rawa terutama retribusi penimbunan dan pemanfaatan rawa, dan retribusi tentang komunikasi dinas perhubungan.
“Kita minta perda itu dihapuskan saja,” kata Taufik.
Ketidakefektifan perda ini diakui oleh Eddy Santana. Katanya, tak hanya perda tentang pajak dan retribusi saja, tapi juga perda-perda yang lain. “Ini sudah berjalan puluhan tahun yang lalu.”

Karena itu, ujar Eddy, agar hal ini tak terulang, pihaknya pada 2010 akan membuat database yang berisikan semua perda.
“Nanti diinventarisir apakah perda itu masih perlu, masih relevan. Bila memang tidak efektif lagi, dihapuskan saja,” katanya.
“Perhatian dan saran anggota DPRD terhadap perda itu bagus sekali. Tapi evaluasi ini tak hanya pada waktu tertentu, bisa kapan saja,” Eddy menambahkan, “DPRD mempunyai hak inisiatif membuat aturan, dan merevisinya.” (why)

Fatwa Haram Mengemis Agar Generasi Tak Malas

Kepala Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang Hasbullah Tuwi mendukung fatwa Majelis Ulama Islam Sumenep, Jawa Barat yang mengharamkan mengemis.
Katanya, “Fatwa ini akan membawa kebaikan bagi generasi muda untuk tidak menjadi pemalas dengan mengemis.”
“Fatwa ini juga sejalan dengan Peraturan Daerah Kota Palembang Nomor 44 Tahun 2002 tentang Ketentraman dan Ketertiban,” ujar Hasbullah, di Kantor Pemerintah Kota Palembang, Rabu (26/8).
Menurut dia, dibandingkan fatwa MUI Sumenep, yang juga didukung MUI pusat, Pemerintah Kota Palembang lebih toleran.
“Bila tertangkap tangan, maka mereka selalu kita berikan pengarahan,” kata Hasbullah, “MUI lebih keras lagi dengan mengharamkan, karena kebanyakan pemgemis yang meminta adalah umat muslim.”
Hasbullah berharap, fatwa tentang haram mengemis itu juga mendapat dukungan penuh dari di MUI Kota Palembang serta MUI di Sumatera Selatan.
Di Palembang, kata Hasbullah, momen seperti bulan puasa selalu dijadikan ajang bagi pengemis untuk meraup rezeki. Entah itu di kantor, di jalan raya maupun di pusat-pusat keramaian Jumlah merek pun selalu meningkat setiap tahunnya.
“Tahun ini secara umum sekitar 20 persen,” kata Hasbullah seraya menyebutkan para pengemis itu berasal dari luar Palembang, seperti dari Prabumulih, Ogan Ilir, Banyuasin.
“Bahkan ada yang dari Kota Jambi dan Lampung,” katanya. (why)
